Shipping Policy
We do our best to ensure your order is packed carefully and dispatched within 5 business days. This does not include weekends and public holidays. Once your parcel has been handed over to your selected delivery method, it is considered successfully shipped, and responsibility for delivery is transferred to the courier service.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
After dispatch, Little Matcha Girl is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit. While we cannot provide refunds or replacements for courier-related issues, weโre always happy to assist you in lodging an investigation or claim with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer, and Little Matcha Girl is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately โ weโll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can reship it at the customerโs expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking
All orders are dispatched with tracking. Once your parcel leaves our hands, please refer to your tracking link for delivery updates. Any courier delays or redirections must be handled directly with the courier.
