Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. While weโ€™re unable to provide free returns at this time, weโ€™re always here to help you choose the product that best suits your needs. Damage & Issues

We pack every order with care and hope it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@littlematchagirl.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help us assess the situation, please include the following in your email:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the shipping box with the shipping label visible

  • A photo of the internal packaging (e.g., filling, protective wrap)

  • A photo of the product itself, showing the damage or defect

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect storage or misuse. We kindly ask that all customers read and follow any care or storage instructions provided.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, weโ€™ll process your refund to your original payment method. Youโ€™ll receive an email confirmation once this has been completed. Please allow your bank or payment provider a few business days to finalise the transaction on their end.
