23 August 2025, Saturday | 4PM | Artem Coffee, Applecross
Held like a coffee cupping, we’ll be smelling, slurping and evaluating matchas from different regions, cultivars and harvests. Some are from our own catalogues, while others are from various farms across Japan. We’ll also discuss the factors that influence the taste and appearance of matcha, and share our thoughts on where the industry’s heading.
Tickets include cupping costs, a signature drink, and a small sweet treat.
